The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging onto this website and compliant with the Company's terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us” refers to Fabsol. “Party”, “Parties” or “Us” refers to both the Client and ourselves.

Fabsol provides enterprise-grade technology solutions, including but not limited to:

• Tailored ERP solutions and business automation
• Custom software engineering and application development
• DevOps and cloud infrastructure provisioning
• Responsive web design and mobile development

Specific project milestones, deliverables and payment timelines will be outlined separately in an independent Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Statement of Work (SOW) signed by both parties.

Unless otherwise stated, Fabsol and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Fabsol for your own personal use subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish material, source code or text documentation from our platform.
• Sell, rent or sub-license proprietary assets developed by Fabsol without explicit written authorisation.
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy corporate branding or core design elements.

You agree to use our website and deployed software environments only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using any systems in a way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of our services.
• Engaging in any automated data collection activities (including scraping, data mining or extraction) without our prior written consent.
• Attempting to bypass security infrastructure, reverse-engineer custom source code or gain unauthorised access to our hosting environments.

Both parties agree to treat all business infrastructure data, software architecture documentation and proprietary metrics exchanged during the course of business as strictly confidential. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent from the disclosing party.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fabsol shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, production downtime or business interruption arising out of the use or inability to use our systems or custom software engineering.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms and Conditions unenforceable or invalid as a whole.

Fabsol reserves the right to revise, update or alter these terms at any time as it sees fit. By continuing to utilise our platform and services, you are expected to review these terms on a regular basis.

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fabsol operates, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within our primary operating region for the resolution of any disputes.
