Customer data:

• Professional data: job title, business profile.

• Biometric (fingerprint authentication): used to securely authenticate and log in to the application. Biometric data is processed locally on the device and never stored or transmitted by Fabsol.
• Camera access: to scan documents, capture invoice images, or upload voucher and photo attachments. Images are stored only for business operations and not shared externally.
• Gallery access: to select and upload images related to vouchers, receipts, or customer records. Only the images you select are accessed; no background scanning or indexing of your gallery is performed.

• To provide, personalise and improve our ERP and related services.
• To process transactions and manage accounts.
• To communicate service-related updates, security alerts or administrative messages.
• To enhance performance, detect fraud and troubleshoot issues.
• To support business features such as invoicing, customer management and reporting.

• According to user instructions: we share data only per your explicit instructions or to fulfil our services.
• Third-party service providers: may process device or crash analytics to improve our app.
• Legal compliance: we may disclose your data if required to comply with laws or enforce our terms.
• No sale of data: we do not sell or share your biometric, camera, gallery or contact data with advertisers or unrelated third parties.

We retain data only for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Biometric data is never stored or transmitted. Camera and gallery content is retained only if explicitly uploaded by the user.
